AT700SE Loudspeakers - Walnut

A new addition to our Blackline range, the AT700 loudspeakers feature Air Motion Transformer tweeters and 4.5” paper cone drive units.

AMT tweeters offer excellent transient response and low distortion ratios, resulting in a more natural, musical ambience, and for the drive unit we chose paper as it has less cone break up than other fibre coned drive units whilst improving tonality and resolution.

High quality audio components are used for the filter network ensuring delivery of a clean audio signal.

Finished in high gloss piano black or clear lacquer for the walnut, the low resonance cabinets deliver a balanced sound with uncompromising neutrality.

Ideally placed on stands but just at home on a bookshelf, AT700’s are true audiophile loudspeakers, delivering plenty of controlled low frequencies, balanced mid band and clear, yet smooth top end.

Design

AT700 loudspeakers are a two way, bass-reflex design with the bass reflex port situated on the back of the cabinet.

The front of the loudspeaker has an easily removable, magnetically held grille to create a clean front surface when the grille is removed.

Eight coats of lacquer are applied to the cabinets to produce a luxurious high gloss finish.

• High quality, gold plated binding posts with thumb nuts are fitted to ensure loudspeaker connection cable is held securely, whilst ensuring the signal path from the amplifier to the filter network located inside the cabinet meets the least possible resistance.
